You can log into the venue management system (VMS) at this address:
If you're not currently logged in, you'll see a screen like this:
Each agent, administrator and accountant should have a separate login.
Your login and password have been set up for you by the system administrator. If you've forgotten your password, ask an administrator to reset it for you, or click the help chat button in the lower right corner of the page.
You can access the system from any Internet-connected device (computer, tablet, phone, etc). Your employer may require that you only log in from approved, work-related devices.
The above interface is the main login for agents, administrators and accountants. There are separate addresses for other Fantaztix interfaces, including the reseller portal, kiosks and hand-held check-in devices. Please contact support if you need the addresses for these other interfaces.
